how long does it take for orders to be shipped out?
orders are usually processed, packaged, and shipped within 5 business days, anything outside of that timeframe will be communicated via email updates.
can i cancel my order?
we have a NO cancellation policy, please purchase responsibly.

all order confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email.
are your crystals ethically sourced?
our crystals are consciously sourced. our vendors include small, family-owned businesses within the country of the crystals origin to ensure the miners, carvers, and sellers have proper equipment, pay, and safety. we take pride in conducting large amounts of research on each vendor we use to ensure ethically sourced crystals
do you accept refunds, returns, or exchanges?
no, but if an issue arrises regarding your items, please reach out to us as we work case-by-case.
are your crystals real?
all of our crystals are genuine and naturally from the Earth
by placing an order, you agree to our policies.
Candles:
Safety Guidelines
- Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting
- Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges during each burn
- Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Always place candles on a heat-resistant surface
- Keep away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and unattended spaces
- Never leave a burning candle unattended

We take every measure to ensure our candles are made with high-quality, safe materials. However, once our product leaves our hands and enters your home, the responsibility for its safe use becomes yours.
